Shannon Kay is the cofounder and COO of Topline Pro, which empowers home service entrepreneurs to grow and manage their business with tailored AI to automate marketing, sales, and operations. She studied Industrial Engineering at Clemson University and built her career in systems consulting at Deloitte, analytics at Wayfair, and product management. She attended Harvard’s MS in Engineering Sciences and MBA dual-degree program before dropping out with her cofounder Nick to start what would become Topline Pro. She’s energized by making a real difference for the small business owners Topline serves.
