Dr. Krittika D’Silva is Director of Strategic Initiatives at the International Rescue Committee, where she works at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technology to strengthen how the organisation operates and delivers impact. Previously, she led McKinsey & Company’s AI for Social Good initiative, helping scale AI solutions across health, crisis response, and climate resilience.

Krittika holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and is a former Gates Cambridge Scholar. She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for her contributions to science and technology.
