Juliet Shen has dedicated her career to building the next generation of tools and technologies that protect people online. Currently Head of Product at ROOST, she has shaped trust and safety across some of the world's most widely-used platforms over the past decade from serving as Snapchat's first Trust & Safety Product Manager to leading the Anti-Abuse product team at Grindr, and deploying AI at Google to detect abuse across Workspace platforms. Juliet co-chairs the Tools Researching Committee at the Trust & Safety Foundation. She holds Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University at Albany and lives in Brooklyn.
