As Head of the Analog Garage, Gina leads an innovation hub that conceives and nurtures a portfolio of breakthrough technologies to drive long-term growth for ADI. She brings together cross-functional, world-class talent spanning business discovery, deep tech, systems, algorithms & AI to combine scientific rigor, cross-domain innovation, and rapid prototyping, translating breakthrough ideas into scalable ventures.

Additionally, Gina is part of the Technology Strategy Board at ADI that defines and tests ADI's physical intelligence strategy. Gina also serves as an Advisor and Committee member for ADVentures, ADI's new corporate venture capital fund. Dr. Samira A. Rahimi, B.Eng, PhD, is a Canada Research Chair in AI and Advanced Digital Primary Healthcare. She is a Professor at McGill University, Co-Director of McGill’s Collaborative for AI and Society (McCAIS), an Academic Member of Mila – Quebec AI Institute, and Principal Investigator at Lady Davis Institute for Medical Research at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Canada.

With an interdisciplinary background, her research, supported by national and international funding, focuses on developing and implementing AI-enabled tools to improve primary healthcare. She is particularly committed to improving care for vulnerable and underserved populations, ensuring that innovation benefits everyone.
