Eliza Kosoy is the founder of a stealth AI lab building aligned AI products for teenagers. Previously, she worked as a researcher in youth trust and safety at Character.AI. She has also worked at Google DeepMind, Google, and MIT, and earned her PhD in child development and AI from UC Berkeley under Alison Gopnik. Her work focuses on understanding how young people interact with AI systems and how these technologies can better support learning, creativity, critical thinking, and human development.
