Carmen is an investor turned operator with a focus on applied AI in financial services. An early employee at Hebbia AI, she worked at the frontier of AI adoption before re-joining JPMorgan Chase as the first New York hire on the GenAI Enablement team — serving as Markets Lead, identifying and deploying AI solutions across Sales, Trading, and Research. A graduate of Harvard Business School, Carmen is now transitioning to London where her remit is expanding across J.P. Morgan's Commercial and Investment Bank to unlock value for Markets, Investment Banking, Payments & Securities Services.
