Dr. Ainsley MacLean is a Harvard-trained neuroradiologist, healthcare AI executive, and founder. She is CEO of Car Company AI, a clinical-grade, AI-enabled healthcare infrastructure company developing transportation, logistics, and care coordination solutions for rural health communities. She is also Chief Investment Officer of Ainsley Capital, where she invests in and helps scale healthcare AI companies transforming care delivery. At Kaiser Permanente, she led radiology operations before serving as its inaugural Chief AI Officer, leading large-scale AI deployments, co-founding the Permanente AI Center of Excellence, and advising on national product procurement, enterprise imaging strategy, and KP’s first national AI strategy.
